The ASCP Northeast Regional Meeting has been providing cutting edge educational offerings for over 30 years, allowing you to enhance your pharmacy career and expand your practice.

Hotel

Reservations for the event can be made by individual attendees directly with online reservations here. The group rate is $199 per night, plus tax. The deadline to receive ASCP’s group rate is Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Staying at ASCP’s headquarter hotel is a huge asset to ASCP and helps us with attrition and achieving financial goals.

Accreditation

CPE & BCGP Credit: You must complete the **assessment and evaluation by May 13, 2025, to receive credit. You have three attempts to achieve a 75% or higher on the 8-question assessment. ASCP reports CPE attainment to ACPE and NABP via the CPE Monitor system. The course should be posted within 24-48 hours of evaluation completion. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct date of birth (MMDD format) and NABP e-Profile ID on their member or guest profile on the ASCP Website prior to completing the course.

ACPE

The American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. To receive continuing pharmacy education credit, participants must attend the activity in its entirety and evaluate the activity online at ascp.com/learn. ASCP reports CPE attainment to ACPE and NABP via the CPE Monitor System. For U.S. pharmacists, it is the participants’ responsibility to provide their correct date of birth (MMDD) and NABP e-Profile ID in their ASCP profile PRIOR to course completion. CPE credits should be posted within 24-48 hours of evaluation completion. Evaluations must be completed by May 13, 2025 at 11:59 pm. No extensions will be granted.

BCGP Pharmacists: To ensure the successful transfer of BCGP credit, please log into your  ASCP profile to confirm your correct BPS ID and BCGP Credential Number prior to course completion.

ASCP is approved by BPS as a provider for the recertification of BCGP.

For attendees:

  • Please note: You will receive an email confirmation when payment is processed.
  • Promotion codes cannot be combined and must be used at the time of purchase.
  • All refund requests must be made in writing and postmarked no later than March 13, 2025. A $100 cancellation fee per registrant will be charged. No cancellations will be refunded after March 13, 2025.
  • Due to the educational nature of this program, children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the meeting/session room. This policy is established to avoid disruptions during the programming, reduce liability, and help maintain ASCP’s professional learning environment.
  • Attendees will be held to the ASCP Code of Conduct that you can read here.
